Volunteer

For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

At Grace Community, we encourage our members to get plugged in and use the gifts God has given them. Here are a few areas you can serve!

Music
God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.

Hospitality
Hospitality Ministry include Greeters, Ushers, Coffee Area volunteers.
The usher and greeters team at our church fills an important role. They are involved in directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, guiding traffic, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The hospitality ministry is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.

Media & Technology
Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. Our weekly sermons are uploaded to our website in video and audio formats. We also maintain an active Facebook and web pages for additional church communication.

Prayer Warriors
Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. We need more prayer warriors like you throughout the week, to pray for our pastor, our elders, our deacons, our church members, special requests, and missionary prayer needs.

Security
Team of volunteers committed to protecting the fellowship at GCC. These volunteers monitor access areas of the church as well as keeping trained eyes on any issues that need to be addressed.

Building & Grounds

Our church needs round the clock maintenance from plumbing, painting, cleaning, and other physical work to keep our place of worship looking good. We need your help alongside other volunteers to help maintain our grounds.
